These Terms and Conditions apply to the Slime slasher application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices which is developed and distributed by A Games Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a developer.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

All trademarks, branding elements, logos, and the name of the Application remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise stated.

Unity Privacy Policy

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You are free to modify, share, and use the Application under (Microsoft Public License) MS-PL terms.

The Service provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the game.

Payments and Refunds

The Application is distributed as a paid product through third-party platforms, including Google Play. All payments and possible refunds are processed by the respective payment platform in accordance with its policies and applicable laws.

The Service provider does not directly process payments and is not responsible for accidental purchases made through the distribution platform.

User content

The Service provider is not responsible for content created by users of the Application.

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
